I do not share a lot of my fitness journey because this is after all a food blog. However in my recipes I do include a lot of protein related recipes as protein is the number 1 source of muscle growth. This recipe is really the best of both worlds because on the one hand it contains a lot of added protein and on the other hand I have excluded fat sources like butter and regular sugar and substituted them with healthier options.
