No in a baking tray and an oven you can make a crispy crusted vegan vegetable double tortilla pizza in a couple of minutes. Are you ready to learn how you can make it? Lets get started!

The double tortilla pizza is such a great fast meal but this one is healthy as well. With a lot of vegetable you can make this as rich as you like. I used:

  • Bell pepper
  • White onion
  • Red onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Olives
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Tomato sauce
  • Jalapeño

But you can add whatever vegetable you like corn, lentils, beans, grean beans. It is really easy. If you have seen my bar style double pizza you can see how this pizza is made.

We take two tortilla per person and start with some parchment paper. Brush it with oil, then a tortilla, some tomato sauce before adding a second tortilla. Some more tomato sauce and then the decorating start with the mushrooms, the onions, the olives, jalapeno and finally some sundried tomatoes.

If you like you can sprinkle some pizza spices on the pizza when it comes out of the oven as well as some fresh basil and ready to serve.

Serves: 1 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes

A baking tray, an oven, tortilla and vegetables and you can make a crispy crusted vegan vegetable double tortilla pizza. Lets get started!

Ingredients

  • ½ Bell pepper
  • ½ White onion
  • ½ Red onion
  • 5 Mushrooms
  • 5 Olives
  • 3 Sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • ½ jalapeño
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper, oregano or pizza herbs to taste

Instructions

Take a baking tray and some parchment paper

Brush parchment paper with oil

Preheat oven at 400℉

Put tortilla on the parchment paper and add 4 tbsp of tomato sauce

Add another tortilla on top and spread 4-5 tbsp of tomato sauce on the tortilla

Decorate with mushrooms, bell peppers, onion, olives, jalapeño and finish with sun dried tomatoes

Bake for 20 minutes

Sprinkle salt, pepper and pizza herbs and spices on the pizza

Serve immediately

    Great idea to make pizza with tortillas. This will be next recipe in my recipe notebook for future to do food 🙂
