How to make ground turkey tacos
To make this healthy ground turkey taco recipe you start with heating a skillet. When the skillet is shimmering add a tablespoon olive oil.
Then add the finely chopped onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper and garlic and cook until soft and translucent. This takes about 5 minutes.
Now it is time to add the ground turkey meat. Pan fry the meat and move it around constantly so the meat can brown. When it just getting color add the Mexican seasoning and stir the meat again.
Add the tomato puree and stir it through the meat and add water. Bring to a simmer and let the meat cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
