What I like about cooking with fish is how fast you can create a recipe. While with meat or poultry you have to have some patience cooking with fish is just to opposite.
Heat a pan, add some fresh fish and before you know it you can set the table and eat. This recipe is a great example of fast and easy. I am making healthy fresh fish and shrimp cauliflower tacos.
These tacos are healthy and light made with fish and shrimp. For this recipe, I used cod filet. A great fish that is firm and full of flavor and with filets you do not get the fish bones.
I also used big shrimp in this recipe mostly because, in my opinion, you can’t go wrong with shrimp whether it is small or big shrimp.
To tie these two ingredients together I added pointed head cabbage and sliced in ultra-thin like spaghetti. No recipe without onion and garlic and today is no exception.
Then some spices and hot sauce and your taco filling is done. As this recipe doesn’t contain any grains and limited carbs you can eat it on a low carb diet.
