Start this honey garlic shrimp recipe with deveining the shrimp, wash and pad them dry. Then heat the skillet over medium heat.
Add coconut oil to the skillet and let it dissolve. You can use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Then it is time to add the shrimp to the skillet.
Cook the shrimp but leave them in the skillet. The shrimp will turn pink. Once they do move the shrimp aside in the skillet so you get a little space in the middle.

- 200 gram shrimp
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 tsp ginger finely chopped
- ½ onion finely chopped
