You can try to make it by hand and cut it the ingredients with a knife but with a food processor, it is so much easy.
To make it easy add all of the ingredients for the green olive tapenade in a food processor.
Depending on how rustic you want your tapenade you can pulse it a couple of times.
Want a more smooth tapenade let the food processor run a little while longer. When the tapenade is done take it out of the kitchen machine and store it in a bowl or glass jar.
All of the hard work is done by the food processor.
How to store tapenade
Tapenade is best eaten freshly made but you can store it in a glass jar with a lid or airtight container and put in the refrigerator.
You can keep it for up to 3-5 days. As this recipe contains arugula I would advise not to freeze it but eat it within a couple of days.
