Start with peeling the mango, kiwi and banana. Then take your blender. Put all the fruit in the blender and let it blend for about a minute and you are done. I use frozen raspberries as it gives the smoothie a nice thick consistentie and lifts the taste of the smoothie.

- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi gold
- 1 cup of frozen raspberry
- 1 mango
- 1 cup of pineapple
- Peel the banana, kiwi and mango
- Take a blender and blend all the ingredients except the raspberry for about a minute
- Add the frozen raspberry and blend a little while longer.
