This tortilla recipe is made with one of my favorite tortilla wraps. It is the chia wraps from Body and Fit shop.
If you do not have chia wraps you can easily regular flour tortillas or whole wheat tortillas.
This recipe uses an old favorite that is always handy to have in the fridge. Easy apple pie filling is very versatile and can be used in so many recipes like:

How to make peanut butter pinwheels
The base for this recipe is homemade peanut butter. This taste so much better than store-bought peanut butter. So off course I also use it in these roll-ups no exception.
You need a good kitchen machine and unsalted peanuts. In the past, I would peel peanuts which is very time consuming so I buy roasted unsalted peanuts to make peanut butter and this works great.
First spread the peanut butter on the chia tortilla wrap, then add the homemade apple pie filling. Sprinkle the raisins, currants and finally the muesli on the apple pie filling. Roll up tight and cut into sushi size length.
Even though it is only one tortilla wrap do no be fooled by this recipe, this tortilla peanut butter pinwheels will give you a very full breakfast or lunch.

These rollups are great on their own but are great to eat with a lot of different things. Take a look at this of suggestions:

- 1 chia tortilla
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- ½ cup of apple pie filling
- 1 tbsp of raisins
- 1 tbsp of currants
- 8-10 finely chopped pecan nuts
- 2 tbsp muesli
- Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla and put the apple pie filling on top
- Then sprinkle the pecan nuts, raisins and currents on the tortilla as well as the muesli
- Roll up tight and cut about 8-10 sushi size pieces from the tortilla. Ready to eat
